Licence terms

What you're licensing. These instrumentals are produced with AI music software. Your licence covers what you actually need: commercial release, streaming, monetisation, and full use of the stems. Like nearly every beat licence it is non-exclusive, so the beat stays available to other artists. One difference worth knowing is that AI-generated audio is not protected by copyright the way a studio recording is - what that means for you is set out on the licence page.
1. What this licence is
Every licence sold here is non-exclusive. You are granted
permission to use the recording on the terms of your chosen tier. The same
beat stays available to other buyers indefinitely, and no tier removes it from
sale or restricts anyone else from licensing it.

3. What you may do
- Record, distribute and commercially release music using the beat, within the limits of your tier.
- Monetise that music on streaming platforms, video platforms and social media.
- Perform the resulting work live.
- Modify, edit, arrange and remix the audio to make your recording.
4. What you may not do
- Resell, redistribute or license the beat itself, or the stems, as a standalone product.
- Register the beat, or a work consisting substantially of the unmodified beat, with a content-identification system in a way that would claim other users' uploads.
- Claim authorship of the underlying instrumental.
- Use the audio in a way that is unlawful, or that promotes hatred or violence against any group.
5. Credit
Producer credit is required on all tiers: include
“prod. Elevar” in the track title or description.
6. AI-generated audio
In plain terms: you are buying permission and files, not a transfer of
copyright. If your use depends on holding an enforceable right to stop other
people using the same instrumental, this is not the right purchase, and you
should not buy it.
7. Delivery and refunds
Files are delivered by a time-limited download link sent to the email address
used at checkout. Because the product is a digital file delivered immediately,
purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been used. If a link
expires before you download, contact us and it will be reissued.
8. Liability
The files are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by law, total
liability for any claim relating to a licence is limited to the amount paid
for that licence.
These terms are a
plain-language summary written for clarity. They are not legal advice.
